What "Special Order" Means

When you see a piece with a small label on the image saying "Special Order" this means we bring the item in directly from our close circle of international makers — crafted especially for you, by the hands that made it. This is your invitation to a truly direct-from-Italy experience, opening the door to a far wider world of pieces than we could ever hold in-store.

Special orders are placed three times a week — every Monday, Wednesday and Friday — so your piece begins its journey to you sooner rather than later.

How It Works

Securing your piece is simple: add it to your cart and pay a small deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is paid once your piece arrives in New Zealand, or within 4–8 weeks of your order — whichever comes first.

Once your piece has arrived, we'll send you an email confirming delivery, along with tracking details straight to your inbox — so you'll know exactly when it's on its way home to you.
